1- Youfai aim is to assure your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without penalty, within ten (10) working days from the day you received the goods from youfai.it. To give back the goods must be delivered within 10 working days on receipt. Products can be returned by Youfai courier(GLS, MAILBOX ETC., DHL), or by other carrier, just after completing the form, where you can get the number given in Customer Service online. Is possible to replace a product bought only with the same article, you can change size and / or color (except non-availability).

2- The right of withdrawal is exercised if you respect the following conditions:

• the form must be delivered compiled and sent electronically to YOUFAI within ten (10) working days from the date of delivery. The communication may be sent within the same period, including recorded delivery to Youfai, Zona Industriale snc 86077 Pozzilli (Isernia), or by telegram;
• products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• the label must still be attached to products with the seal disposable;
• The products must returned in their original packaging;
• to rendered products must be sent to YOUFAI in a single shipment. YOUFAI, in fact, reserves the right to don't accept the garments of the same order, made and shipped at different times;
• to rendered products must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) working days from the date you received the products.

If you have met all the conditions required, YOUFAI will refund the full price of the purchased products. Shipping costs for delivery to origin of products purchased will not be refunded. The expedition is made of, instead, free of charge if you decide to use couriers to YOUFAI indicated. In case you decide to use other shipper ,you will care about the cost , including liability for loss or damage of products.

Contact GLS (or Mailboxes ETC.) Arrange for delivery

You will be contacted if your return will not be accepted because of the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to get the products bought at your expense. If you refuse this shipment YOUFAI reserves the right to retain the goods and the corresponding amount for the purchase of products.

Timing and procedures for refund

1- After YOUFAI have received your return and verify that all requirements are met, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that accept your return. Whatever the payment terms used by you (credit card / debit, cash on delivery), the repayment is triggered by YOUFAI as quickly as possible and no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which it becomes aware exercising your right of withdrawal, once verified that the withdrawal took place under the conditions above.

2- Depends the way of your payment you get the repayment

• PayPal, the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be
  immediately apparent. The actual refund to your credit card from your PayPal account is that issued by the paper.
• Cash on delivery, the reimbursement is done on the account you choose, then the time for repayment depends on the accuracy of the data you enter, normally the chargeback occurs within thirty (30) days.

In case of gifts, reimbursement of amounts will be enforced against those who carried out the payment.

Label of the product

All products offered by YOUFAI equipped with label set with single-use seal, which forms an integral part of the property. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and the seal will not be accepted because the products made who are without.

 

Applicable law and dispute resolution

The General Terms are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree No.206, September 6th 2005, on the Code of consumption, with specific reference to legislation in respect of distance contracts and
the decree Legislative No. 70, April 9th 2003 on certain aspects relating to e-commerce.
In the event of a dispute between the Seller and each end user, emerging to the Sale General Conditions, Seller warrants, as of now, the full membership and acceptance of the conciliation service Risolvionline.
